How to Create and Use Canned Responses
Step 1: Access Canned Responses Settings
Open the Wapiio app.
Click the Settings menu.
Under the Others section, select Canned Responses.
Step 2: Create a New Canned Response
Click + Add New Response.
Fill in the details:
Template Name (e.g., Greetings)
Message Content – The text you want to save
Click Save.
Your canned responses will now appear in the list and can be edited or deleted anytime.
Step 3: Use Canned Responses in the Team Inbox
Open the Team Inbox.
In the message field, type # to bring up your saved canned responses.
Select the response you want to use (e.g., #Greetings).
Click Send.
